YCCD Travel Request

Use the instructions and forms below to submit a Travel Advance/Reimbursement request. If you are submitting an Advance, you will be assigned a unique FORM NUMBER THAT MUST BE USED ON BOTH FORMS. If you do not remember the number assigned to your advance, please contact Rosa Fowle, phone 741-6801 or rfowle@yccd.edu.
